Bilal Khan
Founder & DirectorFounded Shining Sparks in 2020. Now a third-year student at Queen's University, still guiding the organization's direction and mentoring new volunteers.
Haroon Khan
Co-FounderBuilt out the tutoring and mentorship programs from day one. Grade 13 student at Oakville Trafalgar High School, coordinating volunteers and backpack fair logistics.
Amaar Amjad
Co-FounderLed community outreach, building partnerships with local schools, the Town of Oakville, and Sakeenah Canada. Grade 12 student at White Oaks Secondary School.
Mahnoor Amjad
Executive DirectorOversees strategy and operations across all Shining Sparks programs, from tutoring and mentorship to the annual Backpack Fairs.

TutorTutors younger students one-on-one in Math, Science, and English. Grade 12 student at White Oaks Secondary School, also helping out at backpack fairs.
